A child starts to learn from conception, thus parents needs to be educated first before that child is born so as to be able to educate the child from conception. This is because education is a maturity process, therefore, over period of time, on different growth phases, the child needs to be continuously educated, as they mature / grow you maintain the foundation and slightly add on the load.
