WHAT IS EDUCATION?

Education is a maturity process, it is a tool used to equip one with knowledge and comprehension. Education is acquiring of knowledge, knowledge is acquired through the exposure and engagement with the knowledgeable. Education in African context means that the child needs to be exposed to the cultural lifestyle and get guidance from their parents, whom are responsible to pass on knowledge from their forefathers to their children. Therefore, education is based on morals governed by humility. Therefore, it is parents first whom needs to be educated before they can educate their children. Education is a model for building a child to be a well-developed and self-sustainable structure in the future.

WHAT EDUCATION IS NOT:

Education is not qualification, nor titles, education is not meant for recognition and status.

PURPOSE OF EDUCATION?

Education is meant to assist one to acquire knowledge on how to go about in life. Ultimately one needs to be able to live life to the fullest, knowing the value of nature to the well-being of humanity and why we need to preserve it. Therefore, education should best teach one how to live in harmony with nature and creation, education need to embrace the love and appreciation of nature and comprehension of the natural state of things, thus, education should mature one.

MODEL FOR EDUCATING:

Education on its own is progressive, thus the best way to educate a child is to involve the child from infancy, impress and instill the way of life on the child, so that he may know how to go about life. Thus, the education model is to be practical and inclusive of all spheres of life, not limiting them to anything under the umbrella called profession. There is no better teacher of life more than nature itself or rather life itself, life is a silent teacher that needs one to be continuously in-contact with, observe and learn from, hence the model for education needs to be practical.

LEARNING YEARS:

A child starts to learn from conception, thus parents needs to be educated first before that child is born so as to be able to educate the child from conception. This is because education is a maturity process, therefore, over period of time, on different growth phases, the child needs to be continuously educated, as they mature / grow you maintain the foundation and slightly add on the load.

WHOM IS IT MEANT FOR:

In as much as most focus is on children, the ZB education is a three (3) leg pot, it is family orientated and is meant for father, mother and children, the actual main target are parents whom are responsible to bring up and train up children on humility, hence the parents are the main target then children follows, we will however have two separate syllabuses for adults and children.

SYLLABUS

01. CONCEPTION TO BIRTH

The developmental cycle of a child starts from conception, when the mother conceives a child. Children develop in cycles from conception and approximately 7 years’ cycles, through-out each of this cycles, they have certain characteristics which need to be respected if we want to promote the full development of their different potential. Both the parents have a responsibility to ensure that the child is surrounded by too much of positive energy, a peaceful joyful environment with a standard routine is important to the developing child.

02. FROM BIRTH TO AGE 7-14

The life forces / energy that keeps us alive are focused on their physical development. At his stage, under normal conditions, they usually do things because they want to do them not because they have to do them, hence they won’t hesitate to get involved in whatever activities that choose even if this means chaos from the perspective of an adult, to them it is perfectly normal to eat, dance and play at all the time. The term will refer to the kind of mental power that moves us to do what needs to be done to accomplish something we want or need to do to achieve a goal.

The curriculum needs to be design to optimize children’s physical development and strengthening of their will, games that involve physical movement such as rope jumping, rhythmic clapping and nature walks, manual and artistic works like making toys, painting, modelling with clay, singing with rthymical movements, role playing, reciting poetry, preparing snacks and organizing and cleaning. The cooking, cleaning and organizing help discipline children’s will, since this task need to be done on a regular basis whether the child want to do them or not.

Manual and artistic work can help them develop an admiration for cleanliness, organization and beauty while it fosters respect and appreciation for different kind of materials and activities. The role of rhythmic is important as it discipline their will and actions. Without the direction of an adult and a well-established rhythm pattern throughout the day children will engage in a number of activities in chaotic and superficial ways, missing the opportunity to learn how to make good user of their will. Educating the will is extremely important so that children will learn to control their negative impulses and will have the mental power that it takes to do the things they want to do / need to do I order to achieve their goals throughout their lives. Story telling is a very important characteristic to educate children during this ages (from birth to 7yrs), during this year’s children learn through playing, imitation and example, for children perceive and imitate not only people’s words and actions, but also their inner attitudes.

A young child can imitate in different ways:

  1. Can imitate someone’s action directly, if you kneading dough the child might need to knead the dough
  2. Can imitate in their play the actions that they have encountered, e.g. they might create
  3.  cakes with mud and bake them and serve them (mantlwane)
  4. Can imitate our inner attitude, they will tidy up after their cooking and make sure or emphasize that the place is clean. If we approach common tasks with reverence and care, they will develop a deep respect for work and material thing, however if such tasks are done quickly and sloppily, this will be reflected in children’s difficulties in finding meaning in life.

This requires parents to constantly work towards furthering their own personal development, attempting to bring their best to each activity and task, so that they can serve as positive role models for their children.

03. DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION FROM AGE 7-14YRS

From the age 7-14yrs children life forces are centered around their “feeling life”. during this stage it is important to optimize children’s feeling and imagination. The emotional life of children should be well nurtured before fostering their intellectual development. You first build a healthy body and a rich soul life though hand-on experiences, drawing, painting and music, then you have the foundation to develop the intellect.

It’s useless for children to have opinions or facts at the most fundamental level, yet they don’t have relationship to the world because it doesn’t come to through their experience and their “feeling life”, for their imagination has not been given the time or space the space to develop. If you plant a seed in rich soil, and you grow a really strong plant, that is the human being who can survive in the real world. If you take a seed and you put it in poor soil, and little sun and little rain and tons of fertilizers and expose it to real life circumstances it is not going to survive.

The development of imagination is extremely important since it nurtures our “feeling life” and helps us establish solid relationships with the world. Imagination is the basis of creativity and true freedom. We need to be imaginative in order to be able to create new ways of thinking and to foresee different possibilities for solving problems and accomplishing tasks and goals. We also need to be imaginative in order to access ways of thinking that transcend the reality that our seven senses can perceive.

The best approach is introduction of subject matters through stories (no usage of text books but rather storytelling, but through the teacher explaining), this is attained by giving children pictures that has a particular life and they can live into them and can come with a certain amount of enthusiasm, whereas if you just give the concept, it is dead. E.g., FOR INSTANCE, if you teach letters and say this is ABCD AND “C” SAYS “C”, However if you develop it out of the picture and start with the story about a car and then you draw the car and then you can see the form of the ‘C” and the car, and you can sound the word and hear the first sound. The child has gone through a very enlivening process much more interesting than saying this is a letter “C”.

As children listen to stories, they create images that will naturally “live” in their hearts for a long time. These images, they explain, will not only help them to understand moral concepts and principles, but will also help them connect with the knowledge and levels of reality that can only be accessed through imagination and creative thought.

In elementary school, the focus is not so much on how much knowledge children have access to as on the details that can potentially stimulate their imagination and engage them emotionally with the subject matter.  After telling a story, have children engaging in activities such as painting, drawing, modeling with clay, role playing, poetry, music or corporeal games in which the students can concretely experience the story this potentially promotes their imagination, creativity and their gross and fine motor skill. Only after all this can the child be directed towards more intellectual experiences in which the content is primary focus.

It is better to delay the intellectualization of children’s experiences at school as much as possible. A preconscious focus on intellectual development impairs the healthy and balanced development of children’s emotional, physical, social, aesthetic and spiritual natures. Therefore, teaching is only taught at first grade and reading at second grade. Also trying to delay as long as possible scientific explanations about the world around them, e.g. if the child from first to third grade ask “why it rains” it is better to call her attention to a different subject, or will ask the child what she herself imagines the answer to the question is. The teacher might also tell the child a story that talks about the water cycle in a figurative way.  (you might tell a story about a little drop of water that fell down as rain into the stream at the top of the mountain and how this drop of water joined other drops of water by tumbling and splashing and spilling down the mountain, and how it rushed ever faster and faster than it slowed down as it came into the river and saw many things along the banks, and it eventually came into the ocean and then it was so hot that eventually the sun fairies came and pulled it up. Then, the child has a picture of the water cycle, a very imaginative picture. (dinaane, the African wisdom of teaching based on level of maturity, ideal for the developing mind to remain focused at its level)

When you start this program with the child whom already knows how to read and write before first or second grade, redirect the child’s attention so as to avoid reinforcing the development of this skills before what they believe to be the” right time”. When the time comes to work on writing or reading skills with others, reintroduce the child to these skills through the used syllabus. While some children don’t mind going over what they already know, considering that this approach includes a lot of imaginative, artistic and physical work, some children may feel held back and frustrated (obedience from a child, results in wisdom, but a child who knows too much is a sure future fool)

As I collected data in the second grade classroom, I observed that while the teacher was sill asking the class to read individual words form the board (initial stage of reading), a few students would pull thick books from under their desks to read when the teacher wasn’t looking or when they had some free time. Thus I agree that we need not rush our children into reading and writing, computing and thinking scientifically while they are still young.  There is so much else for them to be doing at a young age that perhaps they will not have the opportunity to do later. Besides, there are definitely things that, if not learned at a younger age, are hard to learn later in life (e.g. learning to play and developing the imagination and gross co-ordination skills). However, holding those children back who spontaneously develop these skills on their own may be problematic.

In the olden day’s children didn’t had much exposure or contact with the written word as they have today. Now however, children are exposed from birth to the printed word. As a consequence, they spontaneously develop an interest for reading, writing and computing earlier in life, and many of them are in fact learning these skills on their own. When we try to redirect their attention to different activities, many are likely to feel frustrated if they are not allowed to pursue their own interests further.

There are also children who really need to learn how to read, write and compute while they are still very young so that they will be able to survive and fend for themselves in the streets. This is unfortunately the reality of millions of children today, that they may need to buy/trade/sell their own food and clothing, take buses and move around in the city on their own.

The stories referring to fairies, gnomes, angels and saints, there is a deeper reality that goes beyond everything our senses can normally perceive. These stories, can potentially help students keep themselves open to this kind of reality, also, important is the teaching of biographic and dramatic plays in teaching, for they foster the student’s imaginative and feeling life and lead them to look at information in context. Which helps them to better understand the subjects they are working on. In addition, they nurture in children a degree of empathy for the people they are studying.

A 7th grade teacher once told me that as she worked on a unit of Galileo and reviewed his biography, she and her students developed a little role play of his trial. She observed that as the children put themselves in the shoes of the different protagonists during the play they started to better understand the different viewpoints involved, which led them to a more complex understanding of what was really as stake Galileo’s trial.

04. DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION FROM AGE 14-21

The best stage to focus on the child’s intellect is on their third stage of age between 14-21, for only then the child’s life forces will be centered on their intellect, since the goal is to deepen the understanding of children’s development and education at the elementary level.

Arts is integrated into all various subjects taught, be it language arts, math or sciences, the arts together with the story telling stimulate the creativity and imagination of the students and these in turn energize their motivation to learn.

The arts complement the sciences, by being encouraged to draw the phenomena of the natural world, the youngsters are taught to observe more consciously and carefully. This in turn will further stimulated their interest in the world around them. The arts teach divergent rather than convergent thinking. They ask student to come up with different rather than similar solutions, they teach youngsters that there are many correct answers and interpretations. Arts individualize while at the same time sensitizing the young person to the achievements of other human beings and cultures. One thing that is often forgotten is that the arts teach control and discipline, for each art has its own set of tools and rules that have to be followed in order to have a satisfying and successful experiences.

Realizing that a healthy moral foundation has to be established at the age 7-14 when the heart responds to all learning. Therefore, the underlying goal is to awaken wonder and develop appreciation, respect and moral responsibility with each subject presented to the children. This approach is a key component in order to develop a balanced and socially healthy response towards their natural and human diversity should have been fostered.

This will bring the necessary respect and empathy into thinking and prevent a mere self-serving, manipulative, consumer attitude toward the environment. This fostering of moral responsibility is the main thrust in developing an ecological consciousness. The integrated arts and crafts, the story and geography material (history is taught through a biographical approach), the gardening program, play a major role in the development of world –wide social consciousness.

In order to balance the emotionally challenging time of puberty, independent thinking is strongly fostered through all subjects taught in the high school. Even though beginnings of independent thought can be noticed around the age of 12, the capacity to think things through independently does not come to blossom until the 8th grade. Even then not all children are ready to take this new step in their development. Most issues are still decided emotionally rather than with clear pros and cons. The challenge in this years is to develop in the students the ability to come to informed and clear judgments in their decision making processes and not to remain in their emotionalism which would lead them to judgmental, uninformed decisions.

SYLLABUS SUMMARY:

We can see how in the beginning of life, from birth to 7yrs, children learn by imitating the activities in their environment. The child wants to act and do and in that process develop his bodily-will intelligence. From 7-14yrs in the second 7-year period, the heart and feeling need to be addressed very strongly in all learning. In the age of 14-21yrs independent thinking has to be emphasized and developed, though none of the previous learning modes are dropped. We must realize that the healthy development of one seven-year period depends on the healthy development of the previous period. In this way we can hope for a well-balanced adult who can act in the world in a thoughtful and socially responsible way.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ELEMENTARY CURRICULUM:

  • Creating balanced development of the different aspects of the child (intellectual, emotional, physical, social, spiritual and aesthetic)
  • A rich variety of experiences for children,
    • handwork, physical education, eurhythmy, playing the recorder all this in first grade
    • In third grade, singing classes are added to curriculum
    • Fourth grade, studying a string instrument
    • Fifth grade: continue study string instrument or begin taking chorus and wood working classes
    • Sixth grade: orchestra classes, children experience these lessons in increasing levels of difficulty as they move from grade to grade.
  • Eurhythmy, physical education, handwork and woodworking classes have some peculiarities, e.g.
    • Eurhythmy is a slow motion dance, could be define as music and speech expressed in bodily movements it is also called “visible speech” or “visible song or “an art from which translates music and speech in to movement”, its benefits are that it helps with connecting body and soul and is a powerful means of artistic expression
    • Physical education classes emphasize good sportsmanship and teamwork and not competition, and it occurs through the day as a regular classroom as the teacher intergrade the academic subject with physical movements, this can be seen, e.g. the teacher will call out 5 and the children will go like 5×1, the teacher will then say 10 the children will then say 5×2, children engage in some sort of artistic work everyday
    • First to third grade focuses on games
    • After fourth grade the different sports are gradually introduced, drawing, appointing, recite poems, singing, playing musical instrument, crafts or role playing
    • Artistic activities are treated with the same seriousness as academic work

EMPHASIS ON THE ROLE OF ARTS:

  • Express and refine one’s feelings
  • Establish a personal connection with students
  • Integrate different kinds of learning (cognitive, emotional spiritual and physical)
  • Socialize with others (this is particularly true in the case of signing in choirs or participating in plays
  • Nurture and engage the imagination
  • Promote creativity
  • Develop a taste for beauty
  •  give a degree of depth to experiences
  • Help us remember what we are learning

Arts shouldn’t be taught their own sake, but because they allow a child to experience a subject of a far deeper, richer level than the intellectual on. Artistic experiences usually leave lasting impressions in a student’s life. Information can be gathered or retrieved but the experience of the subjects through individual work and through the arts builds a foundation in the soul that will enrich all further learning and the whole of a student’s life.

POINTS TO PONDER:

The above is a family based model where parents are involved from conception though out the developmental and growth stage of their children. This model is based on a particular lifestyle; it is more convenient for a rural based home environment where children are continuously in contact with nature as a lifestyle not as an educational project. The best teachers are parents; this limit the attention of children to have a focused concentration as they won’t be getting contradicting or many instructors.

MARRIAGE PREPARATION: PURE SPIRTUALITY

1. CHILD CONCEPTION

Present the idea to God: It is important to present to God the plan of having a child, the parents can go through a session of prayer to send their thoughts of informing God of their need to have a special visitor to come to the family. The act of procreation/sex should be an act of wanting to have a child by placing thoughts of light (love, purity &justice) by both parents knowing that they are in demand of a person who will come. Sex is not an animal pleasure even though it is accompanied by an animal pleasure.

Series of Health Exam: Both parents have to go through a series of health exam to be of knowledge that they are healthy enough to engage in the act of procreation. This also calls for the couple to be in perfect health and in the best nutritional diet because man transmits 23 chromosomes through the sperm that will fertilize the ovule, and the uterus also has genetic characteristics that is composed of 23 chromosomes together with the man makes 46 chromosomes.

2. CHILD BIRTH

Animal human: Before the age of puberty the spirit is asleep waiting for the body to arrive at maturation, and during this period parents are responsible to form this child. Parents have to prepare the child during these years for the success of his/her adulthood age. The spirit awakens at Puberty after the body has arrived at maturation and takes over (at 12 years for Girls, 14 for boys). The release of the sexual energy gives the spirit the green light or indication to pilot the body.

Spirit begins its experience: Adolescent age, is the age of search, because the spirits searches for his/her identity and then later at adulthood applies the notions of his/her discovery of who into action to the society. At puberty the spirit is no no-longer an animal man, but begins to control the animal man. So the spirit goes through 2 phases, 1st Phase-Adolescent, and 2nd phase Adulthood.

3. CHILD PREPARATION 0 YEARS TO PUBERTY (PARENTS RESPONSIBILTY 0-14Yrs)

Massage: When the child is born it is responsibility of the Mother to give the child a series of massages. To ennoble his/her body, in many cases there can be deformations because the parents didn’t understand that. Mother can use palm oil to massage the entire body and in areas like vertebral colon and many other places to make sure that all body parts are in perfect alignment.

Food: Today children anything and at any time, it is duty of the parents to set routines of food consumption so as to make sure the children are disciplined on what time to eat, and what to eat. Children should eat bio foods, they should eat food that has an equilibrium with good proportions of proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids to protect organs. Thus parents should insist mostly in green foods, animal proteins through fish, the Ma’at advices that we eat food that come from the process of photosynthesis, that come from the mineral world, the vegetation world, and if from the animal kingdom, birds or fish.

Discipline: Today many parents lack control on their child, the child eats at 8am, then 10 am, then 1 pm. All the provisions/budget the family made to last a month finishes in 1 week, you will later find out that these children will not be responsible adults. Tomorrow they will manage public funds, if they are used to doing anything in the house, they will do anything when they take up positions in the society because you have already forged them like that. These children will become microbes and viruses in the society. If you fail to control the animal man before puberty, he/she becomes a danger to the society. Worse of all we have children who have no appropriate time of rest for example; a child who is 6 years old, but goes to bed at 10pm it is not normal. That child is not in equilibrium, he/she will have psychological and psych problems because he/she does not live in harmony and all this is because of unpreparedness of the parents. So, parents need to insist on eating time, the child needs to understand that there is discipline because tomorrow they will be responsible adults, so they need to be prepared for their future family. It is thus the responsibility of these parents who have given the child 46 chromosomes to carry these chromosomes to maturation in discipline. If discipline lacks how can these children become responsible adults in the society? A family is initiation factory for the formation of future adults. But when you do not establish discipline it will be chaotic for the society, you will produce irresponsible children that will trouble their future wife/husband. This child will grow up to an adult who leaves their partner at home and come back at 3 am because he/she lacks discipline.

Cleanliness: Cleanliness is an important element. Imagine a child who has not learnt to take a shower in the morning or brush his teeth twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, he will present himself in marriage with dirty teeth, and smelly odors, because he/she did not get an appropriate education in the area of cleanliness. A girl who doesn’t know how to wash her own clothes, she wears her panties for 2 days, and you as a mother you tolerate that. Worse of all we have children who see the underwear of the parents on the line, how do you expect the child to keep secret characters of the Mother? So, you can see we have become microbes in the society, the Afrikan society cannot elevate with such kinds of habits. This is spirituality and not prosperity gospel. A girl needs to be taught cleanliness and also needs to be discrete with her intimate clothes, she needs to be prepared for this by looking and observing her mother. The mother needs to keep watch, a girl does not clean herself like a boy, the mother needs to keep watch and teach her that.

Cooking: Cooking evidently needs to be done during adolescent, but can be introduced already by 12 years. The child can be taught the basics at an early age. He/she needs to learn how to make fufu/rice, the parents cannot say, “Oh no here we are in Europe, we only eat French fries”, no. This is how you spoil kids and the end up stealing money to eat in fast food restaurants and later in the society they steal public funds to do as they please, because they were not taught to respect certain instructions of the house.

Morality: Morality is not spiritual, but a Good sense of living with respect/behavior with other people. There needs to be laws of morality, when a child wakes up in the morning he/she needs to say good morning to the father or mother. When the visitors come, they should be greeted, when father is talking with guests the children should not be playing around the area, they will later reproduce the same model in the places they go to, because they lived in an environment of discipline. Because by doing this you are educating the animal receptacle, we do not speak of the spirit, because the spirit comes by adolescent. So, my dear brothers and sisters, morality is important, children today lack morality that is why they do not respect the elders in the society, with statements like, “You don’t feed me, it is my life”, these kinds of languages, “oh I came to Europe with my own money”, we don’t need to speak like this, it is not because you came to Europe with your money that you need to disrespect people and do whatever you want, this just shows you were not well educated. Even while children speak, they need to speak with respect and not anyhow. It is the responsibility of the government to establish academies of languages to carry our languages to excellence. Our languages need to have a certain level of maturation; our languages need to produce a culture of respect. And our teachers need to teach this right from primary school. Thus morality is important, when a child is still young he/she should not be taught about spirituality, spirituality needs to be taught at adolescent, it is here when we speak to the child about the laws of creation, and we begin to initiate them to the values that later on will make him/her a responsible adult, but while he/she is a child we teach morality (A cadre of action, good roots that is in function to the culture and traditions of light that was inherited in a particular territory). How can marriages succeed if from the start we did not prepare our children and worse of all we ourselves are old babies, we were not well prepared?

Local Language and History: You need to prepare your children to learn and embrace their maternal language, because languages are part of the genetic patrimonial that we inherit from our parents. The disposition speak Shona is proper to all Shona’s, the disposition to speak Zulu is proper to all Zulu’s. Thus we have the responsibility to educate our children in their maternal languages. If they are in foreign countries of course they will learn other languages, but we need to educate them in their maternal language, and this education will penetrate much more because you are touching the patrimonial generic that he/she inherited. It will be much easier for the child to inherit the elements of the transmission of these traditions of light if you transmit it in the languages that corresponds to those traditions.

Teach your children your local languages and these local languages will give birth to patriotism, they will love your nations. Today many of the children that we exposed to other cultures of other nations, when they become men of the state, all the problems they face they transpose the solutions from what they learnt from other cultures, why? Because they are seduced by the models of where they evolved. When we insist on language it does not mean that we hate French, English or Chinese, no, it is because languages transmit the culture of nations. A person who has not learnt his/her maternal language it will be difficult for that person to love his/her country. If he/she might love her country, it will be just to transpose what he/she has learned of other cultures to his/her country, but will always place the culture of others nations ahead of his culture because he/she does not know the wisdom and great notions that are found in his/her culture. And all this is the fault of the mother, because we believe that when we speak to our children in the language of foreigners we are civilized, no! it is the peak of stupidity. A French person will never do that, a German in Germany will speak to his child in their maternal language, A French in Zimbabwe will not speak to his children in Ndebele, even if they will learn in Ndebele, it is only Africans who will do this because we are complex, because we have the mentality of a slave, so we need to fix all these things.

Love of nature: Because this animal human is an element of nature, thus we need to raise him/her to respect nature, to respect trees, to respect air, to respect animas, that is why at this age we need to revisit our teachings in the level of primary school to habituate the children to the proximity of nature.

Because if he/she doesn’t respect nature and is intelligent tomorrow he/she will create an atomic bomb, tomorrow he will pollute the environment and create an ecological imbalance, he/she will cut trees to see and will not know of the importance of trees. All these notions need to be taught while he/she is an animal human before the spirit awakens, because all this education is what will carry its animal receptacle to maturation. Now if we do not know all this, how do we expect individuals who are not formed with this logic to succeed in marriage? To succeed in marriage, it means to become responsible adults in your various activities in the society. Follow us careful we are in a different paradigm, we are not in the paradigm where success in marriage is to have sex 5 times a day and you make eggs and you play around, this is not what it means to succeed in marriage. Success in marriage is, a marriage that becomes a couple that is a blessing for its country or the planet, that is success. How to live well in marriage we will look into that later, but for a marriage to be a success the receptacle of matter needs to receive an education from the start. Thus ladies and gentlemen we have covered the first phase that consists of addressing and educating the receptacle of matter.

4. PARENTS RESPONSIBILITY 14-21 YEARS OLD

Here the matter has received all the formations that we mentioned above, the matter has attained sufficiently sexual force (careful when we say sexual force, we mean force of matter), in spirituality sexual force is force of matter. The matter has arrived at maturation for the girl at 12 years and for the boy at 14 years to permit the spirt through the sense of the receptacle to pilot this human body. We do not mean the child has become an adult, but instead his body has arrived a certain sufficient stage where spirit can lead it. So the spirit emanates this animal body, the 2nd Adam begins to pilot this 2nd Adam made from the dust of the ground. The first Adam, the animal body went through a process of evolution and maturation and then the spirit of the 2nd Adam comes to incarnate, he already incarnated but was at period of waiting for the animal human to sufficiently evolve in that various faculties that he was in to permit the spirit to pilot it at the age of puberty.

Being an exemplary to the Teenager: Adolescent is very difficult period for the young ones, they begin to discover themselves, they do not know who they are, they have opened to the world through the receptacle that you have formed.

The spirit begins to examine his body, he likes it or doesn’t like it, and because it is spirit he also lived past experiences as an adult in other incarnations. He may find himself loving certain adult desires, but he is in adolescent age where his body of course is matured but he has not yet well attained autonomous or skills to evolve in the society. See where the adolescent is found having desires of adults, he observes his body and sees that he is experiencing all these sexual energies, and at the same time he is looking for what to do in the world and doesn’t know quite well what to do, he seeks out of himself, but his talents are within him, but he looks outside, he watches TV, internet and makes impulse choices, he changes his choices the next day. He focuses on those who have succeeded in life, and says I want to be like that and later he changes no I want to be like this other one, all this is not easy. So in this adolescent the child is going through a lot and so as the parent you have the home work to be an exemplary to this child. Parents needs to understand and comprehend what is going on and accompany this child and not impose on the child.

Why not impose? Because he/she is a spirit that has he/her own choices, and many of these choices can be different from the parents’ choice. So the parents need to understand and accompany the child, because the choices change from time to time, so parents need to manifest tolerance, it is the time to introduce a dialogue with this adolescent.

Availability and Encouragement: Parents need to manifest availability and encouragement.

Consequences: During this age parents have to make known to the child the consequences of certain choices. It is the duty of the parents introduce the word of God to the child. Teach the child spirituality and the purpose of why we came into the world. By the word of God, we do not mean dogmas and precepts but principle guides the visible and the invisible, the laws of creation and the consequences of breaking these laws. Parents should not let the child live certain experiences by pleasure, we do not live experiences by pleasure to prove to oneself no, we live certain experiences because it is important and the right moment. So for example engaging in sexual intercourse by penetration at this time it is a monumental error because youths think that adolescent is the time to do all sort of foolishness, but instead it is the right time to prepare life. Because when you spend your energy in sexual activity, you are using up your energy for no concrete use, you mess up the virginity of a girl or chaste of the boy and this will go without no consequences when both decide to marry. The parents need to explain all this to the child with love to understand that it totally normal for him/her to ask these kinds of questions and have all these urges that is why God placed him/her in a family so he/she can find an example of a right way of life and also finds the wisdom to be led well. But from the start we hope that the parents had already directed and shapes his/her human receptacle (body) because if from the start the parents did not invest in the human receptacle which is the 46 elements of heritage that the parents had given and they do not know the values that they need to give this child in the stage of adolescent, see where these youths lose their way and later their own families become whatsoever, and they have no comprehension of marriage and they don’t know anything, it will be difficult.

5. ADOLESCENT RESPONSIBILITY

For the teenager, listen to us careful young man or young lady. We totally understand as you are between the age of 14 and 21, at this age you need to focus on the material stage and develop your own talents, engage in a serious formation/trainings. We are constructors and architects of the universe, we came here to ennoble this universe, it is at this moment you need to ask yourself existential questions because you have a fresh energy, you have the sexual energy on top and this means; your intelligence is on top, don’t pass your time flirting with women/men it leads to nothing because you preparing for adulthood age.

Sadly, at this age for the lady, that is when she is at the peak of her beauty, but instead uses this as an opportunity to advertise and make her beauty into merchandise, later she is embarrassed she falls pregnant. Instead it is a moment where the spirit has talents, the matter is at the top, why not develop this talent in serious formations so as to do a good experience in this post creation to later on be a blessing for your society. Try to conquer leisure pleasures, cultivate good energies in the level of speaking, master your feelings, master your emotions, do the work of cultivating a good personality based on love, purity and justice, the respect of the principles of nature, ennoble your physical beauty by practice of sports and physical activities such as running, cycling, dancing, yoga, and other various activities. Relationships will come naturally by affinity, don’t enter into relationships by interest, let things fall into place naturally. Participate in the life of the family, love your mother and father, honor your parents these are the attitudes that brings blessings, because they are the ones that gave you this receptacle, it is them that permitted that you come into this creation to do your experience. So, this period that goes from 12-14 years to 20-25 years, it is period for you to work in your personality, work on your emotions, work on the talents that you have to finally prepare yourself to enter into a relationship of trust to finally unite the activity that you have worked and your personality. It is at this moment that you should discover the creator in all his splendor the-universe, develop an interest in the universe, be interested in the laws of creation. It during teenage age that you need know all these things.

6. SOCIETY CONTRIBUTION

The society here means the state, the environment where everyone needs to contribute to this young man or young lady who has just left primary school, that has entered into humanities/secondary school and for those who have interest they pass to higher studies in college or universities. At this moment the state needs to help these adolescents and youths to better appropriate the utilities of life by introducing courses of logic, courses of mathematics to forge this adolescent the capacity to think in a rational manner. There is need to acquire rationality through the courses of logic and mathematics to have a rational sense in the construction of his/her resume, this is important. Mathematics, it is not something that need to be taught as an optional subject, all Afrikans of now and the future between the age of 14-18 years need to know the base/foundation of mathematics and reasoning because you cannot understand the word of God if you do not have logic, because the word of God is logic. Today they have brought us a word that is sum of believes, sums of doctrines with no logic, they say, “believe, that is the power”, no, power is rationality, power is logic of the universe, that is where is found the power of God.

Junior Secondary School: So this logic in the level of dense matter it is explained by mathematics. The adolescent need to be taught mathematics, and then introduce them to the base of spirituality later. They need to learn in depth natural science, chemistry, botany, physics, geology, chemistry etc. Because we said that in primary school we habituated the adolescent to love nature, we placed the child in the proximity of animals, plants, but the child did not learn it in depth, and so here it is the occasion for the child to discover the natural science.

Senior Secondary School: The lasts 3 year of senior high school before moving to university at the age of 15, the girls and the boys will be separated. There are specific courses for the girls for them to understand femininity to forge them to the personality of a girl. What does it mean to be a girl? What does femininity mean? How can she prepare herself to be the guardian of the sacred flame, the flame of love, purity and justice. For the boys at a separate place, teach them to respect of a woman, to a respect of a girl and the comprehension of spirituality. There is a need for them to also study history, the study of the first civilization that started in central Afrika, they need to learn the 2nd civilization of Egypt, they should learn the fall of man, the exodus, the study of slavery, colonization restituted as it supposed to be, efforts of independent states, the perspective of the 3rd civilization of light, all will allow them to have an elevation of the conscience and they will learn a new way of seeing botany, science, nature etc.

University/Higher Studies: They will then move to superior studies it is here they will study a skill in depth to be of service to the society and later take care of the family.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

For 500 years Afrika has used the western education system structure. But after some key studies we have found out that western education cannot work for Afrikans because it does not fully align with the culture, tradition and history of Afrikans specifically the Bantu people of Southern Afrika. The goal of an Educational system for Afrika is not a complete rejection of the western system, but to take and learn from the west what best can work for Afrika and remove all that does not work for Afrika. And then restore lost Afrikan education systems concepts, but merge it with an understanding of the modern times because not all that worked for Afrika in the past can necessarily work today. The project will be used to fuel a new education system in Afrika that caters and is in harmony with Afrikan principles and values and also is in harmony with the principles and laws of the universe. The choice to change is not an insult to the west, but rather a freedom to do different from the current norm, we want to also create our own norms that best work for the universe of Afrika.

The online digital platform targets at encouraging more than 60% million Afrikan youths to read books and watch videos online that will inspire them to fight for their mental freedom. Also this will be a good platform for marketing sponsors products, as the user interface will provide sponsors visibilities including logos and their products, which will be redirected to their respective websites. Sponsors and partners will get an access to the system, in which they will have one-time lecture or short video that does not exceed 5 minutes about their organization or companies and their products as a business leverage in support of their sponsorship.
